At Mental Health and Freedom Inc., we believe by improving one's mental state; individuals can feel grounded and liberated. We all have been in situations that may have left us feeling confused and lost. We believe in delving into past events, unpacking thoughts, and understanding how past experiences impact our current way of living. Therapy can help us perceive our issues with a fresh, compassionate, and non-judgemental lens. Psychotherapy creates room for self-awareness to observe old patterns and learn innovative coping skills to undo old patterns for creating new outcomes.

At Mental Health and Freedom Inc., we utilize Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Solution-focused therapy. Our professionals hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology (MA) and work with adolescents diagnosed with depression, anxiety, trauma, and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and victims of narcissistic abuse.

We believe in forming an authentic therapeutic relationship with respect to the client’s cultural background. With a suitable therapeutic approach that tailors’ individual needs, clients can encounter emotions. Therapy is a safe and non-judgemental space where individuals can unpack their deepest feelings, learn to process emotions, and gain clarity.
